'Awaken' is a short animated film independently produced and published by DeeDee Animation Studio in 2017. The film is an important milestone in establishing our studio's reputation in the national animation film industry.

Inspired by the writings of ZhuanZhou - an ancient Chinese philosopher, the animation film 'Awaken' is the story about a fishing trip that involves an old man, a dog, and a strange creature in a half-awaken, trance-like reality.

Upon its release, 'Awaken' short animation film by DeeDee Animation Studio had received recognitions and featured at several international film festivals, such as FY Film Fest 2017, Digicon6 Vietnam, Digicon6 Asia, and The World Animation Celebration Festival.
